A mod of AOC in 711 AD would be cool, as the Visigothic Kingdom of Hispania we could resist the umayyad invasion with objectives. But for the map it should be set for the *Last Roman* DLC, which would remove northern Europe unfortunately. Is it possible adding UI of a DLC to a vanilla grand campaign map, mechanics?

Nah its not worth it, the ui is mobile trash. Big reason many didnt flock to it over rome 2

no idea how you think rome 1 battles are worse then what we got now in rome 2 xD litterally every formation outside square is broken, and no half decent player is gonna use those ai groups any as well ai in tw is god awful you are better of just auto-resolving at that point

I always thought rome 2 and attlita look the most realistic and have the most realistic kill animations the newer ones are to satrated and cartoony

I loved Napoleon total war to my core

I’ve been in a complete boycott of CA despite the only games I play are total war.. Medieval 2, Atilla, Rome 2, Shogun, Empire…. Okay Three kingdoms is good too.. Warhammer and all the Saga games I didn’t download any of it. I like historical games. I bought Pharaoh for the Dynasties and honestly it’s incredible.. it’s really difficult but that makes sense for the Bronze Age collapse.. The game is pretty close to perfect in my experience thus far. The Chariots can be wonky sometimes but nothing feels better than killing 500+ units with a single chariot. I like playing as Egypt and running all archer and chariot armies.

Personally I always just provoke the other parties until I'm running an oligarchy. Just simplifies my politics in mid-late game

Usualy when i read "7 Mods That Make ROME 2 BRUTALLY Difficult" I expect 7 mods about dificulty. Like changing ai more agresive diplomacy 5 times of 7 you failed

What we need is a total war that has manor lords level settlement detail, a map so in-depth you can actually fight over pieces of land the size of a small town and not entire countries, unit customisation down to the exact model of musket or sword they carry as well as culture-relevant clothing, and that takes place between 1500-1900. Call it "Total War: Eras"

I do prefer the Shogun II animations, but these aren't bad.

I think the first 70 turns are great. After that it’s a repetitive slog. They need to work on making the mid and end game more interesting/challenging.

I Love radious cause every mod for every total war game is quite the same. Its not a huge overhaul like other mods its just vanilla with slight balancing changes and hundreds of more units. In newer Games they add Mods so you can put the upkeep of the Units higher so the Problem with having to much money will disappear when having a lot Units. Also yes they always much more tanky than normal but for me personal i like that. Im not a big fan of Shock Kavallerie, i get it but im more of a Shield against Shield player. :D

Guys I came to this video because I have a bug where I can’t end turn . Even when I load back and play . It makes it to the same turn and won’t let me press end turn to the next does anyone have a fix ??
